If you structure your Practice Fusion templates well, you might be able to completely finish many charts just by using FastForward

Avoid using '??'.  Instead, make multiple FastForward diagnosis sets using different PF templates with the '??' field already filled.  The work done making these extra templates pays off in a chart that may be entirely complete in perhaps as little as 20 seconds after running FastForward

Use the Dx code lists available in FastForward.  This is a big time saver when entering multiple Dx codes on a PF chart.  PF charts require a search, setting one or two dates and an acuity selector which can all be done for you by FastForward
